International Women’s Day 2021
Visuals of the International Women's Day Campaign I led, in March 2021 @ Concentrix Tigerspike with the help of my wonderful colleagues.
I was responsible for the overall conceptual phase, Art Direction, Illustrations, Project Management and the entire hands on design work from concept to delivery.
I. Project overview
The theme of IWD 2021 was ‘Choose to Challenge‘. During the last few months leading to March 2021, our Employer Brand Lead @ Tigerspike was running monthly women’s workshops, where only women and other minorities could participate and we would discuss various subjects based on each month’s theme (imposter syndrome, women in leadership, maternity leave etc).
While I was supporting the Workshops from a Design perspective, having had access to speakers and used material, I decided to leverage all these wonderful insights and resources that had been shared during the workshops and combine them with the yearly theme, in a report format. The report format would be easily shared as a pdf single file on LinkedIn and other bite sized pieces on Social Media.
II. Concepts & inspiration
Based on Tigerspike Master brand + elements as a sub-brand
Current year’s theme: Choose to Challenge
Based on IWD colour (purple) + complementary yellow
Updated look and feel ≠ IWD 2020
Previous IWD illustrations worked well -> created new based on the updated look and feel

III. Achievements
The report was widely celebrated internally and externally
People voluntarily reshared it on their Socials and that made it one of the top performing posts in terms of impressions and traction
It inspired a wider dialogue internally since men had a chance to gauge in the workshop insights (that so far had remained confidential due to their nature of being a safe space build for women)
Important things that were mentioned in the workshops were anonymised and mirrored back to the company so Tigerspike could know where they are at and improve
People who participated in the workshops had a chance to reflect and celebrate themselves
